Do stashes and breakable/clickable items consider your mf/ Gold find from the moment you click on them, right?
So if I have a weapon swap with more mf/ Gold I should switch before click on them.

Yes. They work as enemies. The moment enemy dies it calculates your mf/ Gold find and provides loot accordingly.
Similarly happens with clickables; chests, corpses, tree trunks, Skull piles etc.
