DClone message when switching server ingame

Hi,

I logged in to EU servers where the durrent dclone was on 4/6.
I joined a friend via the friend list who was on American servers where the state was 5/6. He then left the game to create a new one (so we might get two charms).
However, my /uberdiablo message never updated. Even while in the same game, his message was "about to be unleashed" while mine was still on "spreads across".
Is that a known issue? I assume it's a display issue only, but it's strange.

The steps might take time to progress. It all depends on how much and how fast the steps are being activated. Can take 5 minutes, can take an hour or two.

When you friend join cross-region like you did, your game will still report status from the region you originated from. So in this case, coming from EU and friend joining to Americas, your game client will still only report EU status updates and /uberdiablo will report the current EU status. It's impossible to see the target region's status in a game client that friend joined into another region. To see the target region's status in-game you need to actually launch the game on that region.

Even though your chat messages and /uberdiablo still report your source region's status when you use friend join, you will get dclone spawns according to the region of the game you friend joined. So if Americas did walk while you were in the game, you will be able to find dclone in that game despite the chat only showing EU messages and /uberdiablo reporting EU status.

And yes, this is a known "issue". At least in dclone hunting communities.
