Is this something anyone would want? +3 to BO seems like it might be good with 3os but it's a normal base. IDK.

Good base for a 5bo Delirium
vs Halaberd's Reign 1 os 2 +2 bo , socket with +AR +Vit + life jewel
it is very close fight.
I would use flicker flame but not sounds right to me at this point.
