Steps to reproduce: Choose any elemental damage skill and add skill Points up to skill lvl 29 and watch the damage calculation.

I think Teebling is already working on a fix (it was reported to him off-site).
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.
