Can be used to make Runewords:
AFAIK elemental dmg and dmg taken goes to mana both add no value. With only 2 good affixes out of 4 it has no trade value.

30 light res is nice, but not super needed, and thats about it.
Could be a budget jewel to put in g-face for smiting ubers or something, if you dont have anything better.
Save if you dont have much, would not bother trying to sell.

Fun fact: I'm currently experimenting with a lightning damage dealing (budget) FoHdin and am lacking lightning resist due to my sunder charm (all other res at 90).
So I considered putting an Ort my griffon XD and found a 30 light res + 9 dex which I out in there now.
So, for those things it has use. I'd keep it for self use, you never know. But trade value is too low, I wouldn't have bothered to look for something like this on the market.
