It's a low Mara with extra mana leech. The issue is: Amas don't use Mara's and the extra ml will likely not change that since it's easy to get from other gear.
I wouldn't expect much, maybe an Ist, but probably not worth putting up.

That's a nice amulet for a no Windforce bowa.
4 affixes have max values.
That's hard to compete with Highlord's Wrath but its versatility opens up multiple gear changes.
That's clearly not a physical bowa amu build but for an elemental arrow build.
I think the price is around 3-4 Jah but may be long to sell.
Maybe more for the right buyer.
