sacred targe/paladin shield, does ed mode has any use case?

Paladin shield has + enhance damage 60 , does this mode has any use case?

I never think of use that but some how I keep some peak value , wondering if those just useless item?

They are used for certain melee paladin PVP builds. They have no PVE use that i'm aware of. Near perfect and perfect ed/ar rolled ones can fetch very high prices.
