Rare circlets

Hi,
I would like to have some input on these cirlcets. I know that non of them is gg but still some could be interesting like the amazon one. Well I'm open for any thoughts on the matter
General question upfront: is their a need for +2 all skills, 20% fcr circlets with otherwise useless stats (like def, or leech on a caster)?

+2 ama skills, 30% frw, +21% damage, 9 min damage,

Bone Spirit charges +2 assa skills, 20% fast cast, 16 dex, 57 mana, magic dam red by 2

You usually want +2 all skills, 20% fcr and something useful like str, life, 2 open sockets, frw and so on. Without fcr set/unique helmets are better.
Exception is amazon where it is best to have visio mod (+%ar based on char lvl), frw, two open sockets.

So I guess this one is much nicer (after I added one socket)

I thought the ed/min/max bug doesn't apply if the item has innate ed and min/max damage but I couldn't find anything on it so I guess you are right.

Because the

Helm has both ED and min damage, you can't add ed jewel without screwing up the base ed.
