Hi, I found a 3 os, +58% enhanced damage, 15% enhanced defense and +110 Attack rating Vortex Shield. Is this worth anything to Pals?

Not much, it's a Dream base but most palllies would prefer an all res one.
Try with something like Vex to see if something comes, but be ready to lower.
