In PvM, people will use Grief.
i have no ideal about PvP in HC.

Yeah I know Grief is better dmg wise I use that on my main hand ww barb and this for the AR boost

Lo rune inside it.

Seen couple of others sell for 150-200fg (without IAS) wich is nothing and they were extremly hard to sell. With IAS they are worth far more, even though ed is not as high it's should be it's still expensive for BvB esp.
