Crafted Assassin Ammy

So it only has +1 skills, and it's assassin, which I know isn't too popular, and the FRW rolled lowest possible, but still curious if this has any moderate value with the other stats.

It's either missing an affix (because you made it with a low level char or used a low ilvl amulet) or it has two low rolls on life leech or life.
Skills is low 1 / 2, frw is low 5 / 10, max dmg is perfect 4 / 4, life leech is low 4 / 10 (4+6), life is low 19 / 80 (20+60) and cold res is low 8 / 40.
In addition like you said assa is not popular and 9 out of 10 assassins I see ingame are trapsins.
