Ber is in the right range. Depends on the HR rune value these days; last I checked (which has been a while)

Jah was relatively devalued.

That's a 5.5-point ring--some people might count it as a 6-point (highest possible) depending on whether they consider a 50% max roll or a 67% max roll. +21 life out of possible 40 is a half point in my view. Someone like Cooley, and probably a lot of folks on d2jsp, would probably give it the full point.

You can set your own price. I think plenty of people would pay an Enigma for that.
