Fcr (10/10) and all res (11/11) are perfect, life (29/40) and lightning (16/30) res are average, strength (5/20) is low and one affix is missing. I would say Pul.

Pul might be slightly low? I would probably list for Mal and take Um. At level 48, if even one of the 3 non-perfect affixes were a little better, I think you'd be looking at an Ist. The str is the real handicap. You're short 5 str or 4% lightning res from an easy Ist.

I mean Pul is very slightly low. It's in the Um range but the right buyer might give you Mal. It's a nice ring, trying to encourage you to take a little profit on it.
To say it differently, you're likely to find an Um or Mal before you find another ring like that.
