While I understand there are a number of unique ammys out there, this rare seemed a pretty nice res boost for Lev 31 requirement. Or just another Chasi item? Oh. Ladder Hard Core
Starting with lvl 27 you can have +1 to all skills and as far as I know lvl 31 is also too high for low level dueling. Use it for yourself if you need res early/mid game or sell it to Charsi. Don't think there's any trade value.
