Does an Ethereal Vortex Shield with 316def, 4 open sockets, 28%ed and 51 Attack Rating have any value on nintendo ladder ? Or is it only the all res ones?

28%ed is too low since 65%ed & 121ar is possible. So even if someone would take damage instead of res this is too low.
