Love it everytime this drops, probably the earliest cannot be frozen item in the game. Its also a good idea to upgrade it when you hit NM (only 8 potions) if you cant find other stuff with this mod xD

Death's Guard +
Death's Hand combo is super underrated. 8% LL, 15 all res, CBF, and 30 IAS is huge for melee chars and is viable all the way through NM and even into Hell. Well worth upgrading to
Demonhide Sash to get the 4
Belt rows.
