No fcr means that most people would prefer a Mara's Kaleidoscope.
So no significant value, perhaps Pul/ Um/ Mal if you get a buyer but can take some time.

2 Ber, had similar on my FB Sorc last ladder, paid 900 for it.
Due to sunder charms a fire sorc will lack mf and alot of fire res and take it wherever you get it and the 58 to fire res will really help.
They dont need fcr on rings or amulet to reach 105 due to Vipermagi, the only time you need a 2/15 amu is if you decide to use Phoenix
