Can be used to make Runewords:
Use the price check tool: pricecheck.php?item=1326
Usually for a Gul you're looking at Ist + Um or Ist + Mal. You can break those runes down into Ums by further exploring the price check results.

And Gul = Ist + Mal
So Gul = 4-4.5 Um
However, Gul should be popular in new ladder due to the "Must go" Mosaic Assassin runeword, so may be more.
