Your first 2.4 Build?

What build are you going to try out first in 2.4? A minor respec of an existing heavy hitter, or a new style altogether?

I think I'll go for a

Charge assassin. Always wanted to try it, but the build was just... suboptimal.

I'm not planning on grinding out a full gear, otherwise it would be the same old, same old blizz sorc until I made some Wealth.

Starting out, probably some OG builds. However some of the new assassin and sorc builds look very interesting to me. So will definitly give those a go after some basic Wealth

Assa gets a minor respec due to changed synergies on traps.

This ladder I set up some personal rules for myself to make it a bit more interesting.

No Paladin, No Sorc, No Java.
No forum Gold ofc. (it's cheat in my eyes)

I will start with Assa and play her as riftsin/kicksin

I'm not 100% sure yet, but I was thinking poison necro (or Bone necro).

Hydra sorc (assuming it's good), so this should work well together I think!

Oh, forgot to mention, that the only case I'd play ladder is, if they open add more character slots.

Hydra Sorc for my early MF Character and Bowazon for my first non-sorc character. I want to play around with Mist on a zon or her Merc at the very least.

First builds are really hard tbh..
Might build a smiter or a zealer just to mix it up a little if im gonna mix it up a little otherwise im going for hammerdin and i’ll grind travi until my eyes bleed and then build a bowazon for the lolz

I’m still gonna love twinking a magezon with what I already have! At level 96 can have maxed synergized FA and EA, lvl 17

Valkyrie (minimum viable), 1 in each passive, 1 in

Strafe, and STILL have 10 points to spread wherever, probably a few in

Critical Strike and the rest in

Penetrate.

I may finally spend sometime playing a Druid for real. Previously only tried some

Werewolf build but didn't like it that much.

Kicksin and then trapsin I have always wanted to play assassin, but always did characters before and for ladder ends (or maybe i will give it a try) i would go for dual colosus

Revive and refuse to use it. I just hate duration on it. CE kills everything anyway (excluding bosses).

I’m leveling a throw barb. Got two lacerators ready. Hopefully the piercing is nice with the new patch.

Martial arts assassin for the ladder definitely! Probably trying out a some kind of dual element sorceress with

Hydra aswell.
