Finishing my hell run on my Voice of Reason Assassin and an ethereal Thresher dropped in WSK. I just rolled 4 sockets in the cube and then also rolled this on the first try!

I can't say this is really lucky but it's not bad. With 19 to st, +2 to all skills, 20% resists and 48% lightning resist makes it a good Uber Smiter Amulet.
