That's exactly how I found mine 2 weeks ago.

Andariel keeps proving she's the best boss to farm, even when she's NOT terrorized, first time I started farming her she gave me an ethereal HoZ.

Well, after sporadic play of this game since it was first released (in 2001?) I finally saw one drop in the game. Rather shocking.

In the same cows run:

Guillaume's Face AND

Ondal's Wisdom with 4/4 skills, 522/550 defense, 49/50 energy and magic damage reduced by 7/8

Griswold's Heart drops very often. The

Archon Staff is that nice! This one can only drop at this location if it is terrorized if I remember right. Havn't found one yet. Congrats!

I presume you found this one. If yes, I am just curious: How many annis did you approximately identify before you got this one?
In the last weeks I traded a lot of these little nice pieces unidentified. One buyer said ca. 1 in 600-800 is a 20/20/10

11*11*6 so in average one every 726 anni
They should have made 666 possible rolls, would have been funnier.

Just got a 20/19/10 yesterday and a 20/20/8 today (my 6th 20/20 I think) ^^
