Possessing an eclectic mix of attributes, Carrion Wind is a decent choice for characters relying on Attack-based skills. While a rare or crafted dual-leech ring with fire and/or lightning resist will generally be preferable, the chance to cast Twister can be a useful form of crowd control.
Life leach and poison resistance make this a very effective tool when facing Lilith.
Such ring, being rather budget to obtain, is more than worth it - for many melee/ranged builds. Decent leech and poison res helps, but Twister spam is what helps the most. Zealot pal, Fury shifter, Frenzy barb, Strafe zon - all of them will enjoy this ring's twisters. Tried n tested.
A slvl 21 Poison Creeper has 550 Life and deals 325-359 Poison Damage over 4 Seconds. Each time it attacks, it will produce twenty-three size 3 "mats" that last for 23 seconds.
