Description

The
Pit Level 2 holds a superchest and a handful of unique and champion monsters.

At alvl 85 in Hell, some pretty amazing items can drop. The difficulty of the Act 1 monsters within can be easier to clear than other levels in the game on Hell difficulty. These two things make it a very popular area for magic find farming.

Nightmare: 2 - 3
Hell: 2 - 3

Easiest way to the Pit is to take the
Outer Cloister waypoint and travel southwest to get to the
Tamoe Highland.
