got a nice -10% enemy fire resistance (what is great i think) but all the other stats are "not so nice"? What would you do?

I think you should celebrate, the most important thing here is elemental pen and yours is perfect

Basically, you need sell them to market and start a new one. repeat until you get best.

Initially, latent sunders always had the worst and renewed then rolled random for it.
Now, latent sunders roll random and renewed always get the best.
The other stats still roll random though.

I would be super excited to even have one, not mentioning -10 enemy res. That's a winner.
