hi, was there any changes in last 2/3y with Uber Izual? this is my 1st uber run after 3y with cold soso and i can't do any harm to him, have sunder, mastery -180... almost same build as back then which was able to solo ubers.

Uber Izual was buffed in D2R. Specifically, the Chilling Armor he uses is stronger and the retaliatory ice bolts vs ranged will hurt much more than they used to (same for Uber Baal). I'm not aware of any other changes to him though... maybe someone else knows.
EDIT: More accurately - Chilling Armor itself as a skill was buffed in 2.4 and this also affects Uber Izual / Uber Baal. It's not just that the damage of the ice bolts is higher, it also gives a higher defense bonus than it used to. I think the ice bolt damage is 3x higher than pre-2.4, and the defense bonus increase is something like 1.3x.
