do not get me rude, but have you considered dropping the set and using some other cheap items upgrades? otherwise you are mainly talking about jewels and gg rings ...
what is the rationale using dual Raven Frost? for attack ratings?
Non-Ladder, Softcore. You may mix and match by rates below.
2 Hel ā 1 Festering Essence of Destruction
2 Hel ā 3 Perfect Amethyst
4 Hel ā 1 Ist

That will be a net loss to damage output in terms of weapon damage at least (not counting the elemental damage or crushing blow). Sure, 5 fpa vs 6 fpa is a 20% damage increase, but losing the two 40/15 jewels means 80 less ED on the weapon, a drop from 280 to 200, which is a loss of more than 20% damage (not a lot more, but still). In other words, 280 ED at 6 fpa will have higher DPS than 200 ED at 5 fpa. But yeah, taking elemental damage and crushing blow into account, it's probably still better with Shael runes...
Also, never unsocket 40/15 from a weapon, that's a terrible idea (each such jewel is valued at 15+ Jah). Better to grab a new IK Maul (or whatever weapon one is using) to put something else into
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.
My profile says Ladder, but I play both Ladder and Non-Ladder.

40/15s are 30 Jah on SCNL these days. OP, definitely do not unsocket them . Give me a heart attack if you do.ShadowHeart wrote: 2 weeks ago Also, never unsocket 40/15 from a weapon, that's a terrible idea (each such jewel is valued at 15+ Jah). All trades can be accomplished via PC or xbox. All reasonable offers will be considered and probably accepted.
oops i thought they were plain fervor....Knappogue wrote: 2 weeks ago40/15s are 30 Jah on SCNL these days. OP, definitely do not unsocket them . Survivability shouldn't really be a big issue as a barb so just drop the armor's Ber for another ED/IAS and you get the same 5 frames.
(Related side note: Seems maxroll still only counts on-weapon IAS for ww, despite 2.4.3 having changed it to be all IAS quite a while ago?)
Other than that, double Raven is kind of a 'need' to reach solid AR and HL is just a solid choice all around. Though some might argue that dual angelic would be preferred for even more AR. And since that really only leaves you with the sockets in your headpiece left to change out (for more dmg vs. staying on defense), there isn't much more you can do in terms of variation unless you're willing to go for "real" gear instead of "set-for-style".
Though one obvious way to improve your performance as compared to what you linked would be to add in a bunch of dmg/ar charms. And then that's pretty much it. There is and remains a very clear, comparatively low to mediocre ceiling for the performance of sets in D2.
