Changelog for 1.45 says "Disabled hover tooltips on usernames, as the users table was getting too large to cope with queries like this, leading to blank/unresponsive hover tooltips over usernames."
Steps to reproduce:
go to price history of any item e.g. Hellfire Torch (pricecheck.php?item=39) and put your mouse cursor over a buyer or seller name
