Hey all,

I have been away for months and am coming back because, well, it is D2 lol. I noticed Flickering Flame isn't listed in the DB here as ladder only. can you make it in non-ladder now? If yes, is there anything else cool that i missed?

That's crazy! Stuff stacks additively in this game, right? like if you made 2 you would never lose

Not all stuff. But in this case, yes. 2x Mosaic = never losing charges = OP AF.
