bugged lever requirements

so i got these crafted gloves ok for start, i crafted with my high level sorc and i saw lvl req 98 redish when i change hero with ama the same gloves had 57 lvl req first time i saw this i there an explanation.

does your amazon have a skill point in

I tried to google it, but wasn't it depended which skill is on it and which class wants do wear it? Had these different requirements on other items with charges too. Yours is a big difference in requirement tho.

It doesn't have anything to do with the Amazon having a skill point in

Freezing Arrow. Rather, the difference is that

Freezing Arrow is an Amazon skill. When any item gives charges of a skill that the character holding the item does not natively have, the level requirement is significantly higher. Hence

Teleport is a level 18 skill, but non-sorc characters need to be at least level 24 to use

Teleport charges.

For

Freezing Arrow, that 'non-class' level is 42. Items cannot (I believe) spawn with a level requirement over 98. For whatever reason, when this item generated, it adds the

Freezing Arrow level requirement to the item's base level requirement for non-amazons, then caps at 98.

57+42 = 99. 99 > 98. Therefore, level requirement 98.
