Dexterity Sort is Alpha Instead of Numeric

Description
On the base items list, sorting by required dexterity currently performs an alphabetical sort, not a numeric sort, so a requirement of 28 is accurately listed higher than 19, but then a requirement of 19 is listed higher than 188. See attached screenshot for reference.
