Ladder, EU, PC

I guess it isn't worth much on ladder, when people prefer +3skillers, am I correct? First time trying diablo.

It's not the skillers which is the issue, but it's still worthless. Indeed, for 95% of circlets / coronets, if you don't have fcr, Harlequin's Crest is better, making those valueless.

Even +3 is valueless if not paired with at least 10 fcr.
