Tri res boots and MF

I'm not really sure about these

Boots are made for walking..." Yeah I like music

Anyway, I know they lack FRW.
But the resistances are quite nice, 20MF and half freeze duration.

Charsi with around 90 res.

However, not sure on the "how much" part.

Tri res is fire/cold/lighting just fyi. Poison's generally not considered a resist (I know it is but for sales purposes no)

As is if it was a true tri-stat you'd fetch at least a

For PvM, res are :
Light > Fire > Cold > Poison

For PvP, res are :
Cold > Light / Fire / Poison due to cold sorcs

However, Poison is a res, usually the least important but still.
