Hmmmm, not an easy one.
Necro is a class that needs the most FCR on the Amulet, at least for Bone or Fishy builds.
But apart from the FCR roll, it's just great : high life, perfect all res. HFD is not great but can always help.
I am in doubt here, but a summoner would probably enjoy this a lot and just go to the 75 FCR breakpoint.
On the other hand, it's "just" a kind of improved Mara without significant value on FCR, so would probably not go to a skyrocketing price.

Most nerco use Spirit mon which provides 35fcr so 8fcr won't help to reach 75 nor 125.
I would expect 1 HR (~ Ohm atm, Ber by the end of the season)
