Unfortunately assassins don't really benefit from FCR as traps use attack speed stat to determine the speed with which they are set. dex and life rolls are decent, not great so i'd put this at

Lum or pgems. Also the required level being fairly high means it isn't useful for leveling either.

PvP Sins want FCR, unfortunately it lacks things like Visionary Mod, All Res or 2 Open Sockets

Just put it up and wait for offers
