Nothing without 30+ IAS with cruels or fools, with this base u need fools mod ar per lvl and max, with Claws and Suwayyah like rts, gts and feral u want 40ias and cruels mod 300+ ed
without ias they are always useless unless they have 2os because you always want an Um rune socketed inside it for open wounds , Fury is 100x better if they lack ias and proper mods
