As far as I know, it's pretty much no skill, no value for rare Coronets.

If this had life and dex u'd be looking at 25+ Ber this only has 3 suffixes (1 of them are useless wich is res) and 1 affix so its not that valuble, I'd be happy if u could get more then Ber for it, it's lacking alot of comonn stats erep helmets can have.
And no, bowazons would not use visio over 3os unless it has other stats mentioned above. This is for a charger hybrid and a very cheap temp at that.
