Price check on a Pally caster amulet for SC Ladder, please!

Rolled up an amulet that seems fun, but it also has obvious downsides: Level requirement of 95(!!) and the mix of FCR and life leech. What would be a reasonable price for this amulet? This was made in Ladder - I think that's rather important as less than 1% of all characters have reached Lv 95.
