I don't think so yet. Looking over one of the trading Discords and here, the highest I've seen one sell for is an Ist.
Since yours does have notably better defense than that one (which was 98%), you might be able to get an Ist + Mal.

Because it was 100% perfect on both ed and stamina aswell, 40/13/15 is around 450fg wich is 4.5 Ber
100% Perfect Eth andys with also maximum Venom charges also sell for crazy ammout, like any item that is 100% perfect
Was not long ago that a 100% Perfect Zerker Axe Grief sold for 280k fg , it was also bought in Asia prior for ~ 800$ and the guy flipped on jsp
