AFAIK you want high str (20+5) and/or life (40+20) on blood crafted rings in addition to some other nice rolls. Check the database page for Blood Ring for a list of top affixes.
Your ring only has low life leech (8+3 possible), low mf (25 possible), good ar (120 possible) and perfect lightning res. I would say some Perfect Gems or a Lem/ Pul.
