For all uniques (and set items) you can either enter their name in the price check tool and click on "Historical Prices" or go to their database page and click on "Price History" or you can open a trade and click on "Historical" (at the bottom). Whatever is easiest for you. If necessary you can add filters there and search for similar items in the description.
in non ladder, I guess you can get around 3 Jah at most, most likely 1 Jah.
But you are in ladder, there is a sales record, 14 CSD and DR only Lo , CSD which cold sorc only care about. Life you have here is good but cold sorc dont really need that or fhr very urgent. In ladder, I guess it will be Vex or Ohm. rune still valuable in early time...
But if you keep it until ladder down...well. people already produce massive of Cold Rupture by then...hard to image how much it worth after 3 month.

Thank you for the replies, i have scoured a lil bit of the ladder and non-ladder prices but they are going anywhere from 2ohm to 6jah runes and i am pretty much only expert in assassin and necro gear.
and i looked from the builds that most of those stats are what the best in slots in there are.
And yeah i am playing Ladder i prolly should have mentioned that.
