Can be used to make Runewords:
foh paladin is rare class in rotw, less than 2% play that.
Go find +3 foh staff, it is same to that. 6 os.
The other 2 is useless mod. I guess even if you price 60% of average price, it will still very hard to sell...
paladin and other class combine, less than 10% . So you need some luck. And this foh is less than 33% of paladin, my guess, 0.5% population still play paladin. Even if perfect...it will take time to sell.

Please be aware, all my trade is in non ladder d2r. Not warlock.
I think it has a good use for ubers, the resist lit counters meph well, but the issue is a foh paladin is probably running Conviction already, and like leox said it's a rare build
