In classic diablo 2 LOD it wouldnt be worth anything since Arreat's Face is just much better for almost all barb builds (FCR mostly useless for barb) than this Helm. And you can get arreat's for Pul there. You can maybe get decent value for it since trading is Chaos at the moment?
All rez and dbl leech is what shines to me. Fcr is bonus

But for most barbs arreats would likely be a better option, so its kind of niche in sense of usefulness.. Some barbs use Enigma though, and this could help them reach the 105 fcr breakpoint, and as stated it has good rolls on doubleleech...
