+3 bow / 4OS / ashewood bow

its not elite version.. anyone p/c?

If it were 3os it could make a nice Melody, since that RW isn't really about physical damage anyway, but at 4 there's not much it can do. Harmony would be the best cheap/low level (i.e. expendable) use for that, but the runes in that would make it require level 39, which is the same as the elite version of that base, so still not really a good option...

I don't think it's worth anything, but someone feel free to correct.
