Multiple Accounts under same email

I was creating an account and it wasn't moving off of the registration page. So I clicked submit again then it said username already registered. Therefore, I changed the username and resubmitted. it took a minute for me to realize that it was creating each name that I was typing in as an account so there are 4-5 variations on the name i wanted all tied to the same email address.

My preferred account name is: "TheImplication"

All other variations associated with my email address can be removed.
