Antidote Potion
Antidote Potion is useful vs bosses like Radament and Andariel who both deal heavy poison damage. The resistances duration on top of the immediate cleanse is sufficient for the boss fight.
It can be useful to drink an Antidote Potion before fighting Andariel. This will provide you with a lot of poison resistance, reducing the damage you'll take in the fight.
