For me, Asia disconnects more than the other 2 combined
Distance from the server will affect latency or ping, and in turn can increase the chance of disconnects. If have the IP address of the server you're trying to connect to, then try pinging it and then running a traceroute, and review each of the hops and check the ones that timeout.
I just pinged the Korean and Taiwan servers. The Korean server is pinging just fine but the Taiwan server timed out.
I didn't play for half a year and I definitely feel like now this is an issue more than ever before.
Also even though ROTW was already more laggy for me than D2R it seems that it only got worse.
