I personnaly reroll NDB grand charms until I get a skiller I need, skiller with (enough) life or 41+life alone (I could reroll them again but got too many so it had it's chance and I just take a new one)

what Infinity? you have a couple hundred rerolls in the stash tops

Probably Nithalik, Diablo, Baal. Used to be the only way you could guarantee could roll +41 - +45 life. But now with TZ it's easy, any grand charm from a lvl 91 or higher TZ will do.
all correct, usually Nihlathak because its part of my routine; Halls of Pain for Key of Destruction then Baal for XP

I usually give 'em 7 rolls and if they aren't something good by then I figure it wasn't destined for greatness and chuck it. The amount of GCs you get from TZ just outweighs the need to hoard them and keep trying.
I just reroll til it's a good charm. GCs to reroll are easy enough to find. Any GC found in a lvl91 TZ or higher will do the trick. No need for only NDB ones.
All trades are negotiable within reason
