Value of my Renewed Flame Rift?

Hi, curious about the worth of this. First really nice roll for me on my third sunder after two trash rolls. Max enemy -res, nearly max +life; down sides are the less-desired FRW roll at middling values and the low value for magic damage reduction and MF. Wondering if it would be reasonable to hold out for two Jah (just started playing a couple months ago after about 20 years away and looking to build my main Paladin into a Dreamdin).

I did use the price checker, but there's so much variation on renewed sunders, I wasn't able to find a comparable one.

+7% Faster Run/Walk
-10% to Enemy Fire Resistance
+64 to Life
-70% Fire Resist
Magic Damage Reduced by 5
+17% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items
