There's no best. I have all 3 in use. It all depends on your build, gear and specific needs.

They won't. Resistances and %absorb are calculated at the same time, so the higher resistances are, the less effective %absorb becomes.

Note that elemental damage reduction from Cyclone Armor can happen after ES. The order of appliance depends on the order of casting those 2 spells.
