High rune hunting, am I just bad and need to practice Arcane?

As a crazy person I am trying to complete my Holy Grail D2R, and collect all the Runewords as well. I already have all the Sets and Uniques, and this is what is left on my list of runes to collect

I already have a lot of the major runewords, Enigma, Grief, BotD, CTA, CoH, Infinity

First, good old RNG, I have never found a Cham. And I got Tyreal's Might too, so I have seen some rare stuff, just not that rare one.

In any case, I see the best spot for getting those real high runes, Jah, Cham and Zod would be from Arcane. But dropping those stupid flyers on top of a platform is driving me crazy.

I have one of every class at a level 85+ with a hammerdin at 99 and a Javazon LF build at 92.

I am inclined to just grind the Cows with my Javazon, even with the lower odds, but maybe I need to take a different class to Arcane and clear that. I have plenty of respecs, so I don't mind doing that.

What would you do in my shoes?

EDIT: I play on a Switch, so my aiming mechanics are pretty limited. So I can't Teleport to an exact spot but I do Teleport in a direction. Might limit using a Blizz Sorc and stuff like that where precise mouse aiming is really Key.

Definitely run TZs (only and fast).
I do not know the exact percentage but the chance to drop HR is much higher in Terror Zones.
Most of my HR (among these 4 or 5 Jahs) have dropped in Tombs (great density, only 1 shard needed for a huge area), Cows, CS or WSK. But always TZ!

TZ does show a little higher, but Arcane and Cows without TZ show higher than other places with TZ

Arcane Sanctuary has three problems for me:
1. Annoying level design
2. Ghosts dying in space and losing their drops
3. Rather low monster density compared to CS, WSK and Tombs.

TZ cows is great for HR.

Arcane is better non-TZ IMO. And the ghosts dying in space is avoidable pretty easily if you can Teleport. Just keep tele-ing them over to you before attacking. I have gotten several HRs from regular old Arcane.
